This is Goku SSJ4! Goku first turned into ssj4 in Dragonball GT. In this form He has an special attack khamehameha x 10 when it turns RED and of course it is 10 x stronger than the other khamehameha if you want to see this special attack click HERE  This form is pretty cool but the weird is that his hair does not get longer
